ABOUT

I'm a Berlin-based narrative (film and video) editor and visual journalist. I specialize in social and political issues, human interest stories, and current affairs.

For the past 10 years, I've edited, shot, produced, and/or directed short films and videos for clients such as Deutsche Welle, Bild.de, Das Progressive Zentrum, WWF, Polisphere, arte journal, and Yad Vashem.

Born and raised in northern Germany, I trained as a multimedia journalist after graduating in cultural studies. Before focusing on film and video, I wrote for outlets including dpa, taz, Taggespiegel.de, Hamburger Abendblatt, Hamburger Morgenpost, and Men's Health.

In my spare time, I practice yoga, cycle around the city, and relive my teenage years with my longboard on Tempelhofer Feld. I'm rarely without a book in my hands, or a podcast in my ears.
